This page applies to services offered under MAJORESTATE DIGITAL by Underdog Digital LLC d/b/a MAJORESTATE DIGITAL.

Requests and approval

All requests are subject to review. A form, call, text, email, estimate, or discussion does not create a contract. Work begins after a signed agreement and required deposit.

Scope and responsibilities

The signed agreement defines pages, features, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, exclusions, revisions, and fees. The client provides accurate information, authorized content, timely feedback, and required access.

Payment and launch

The expected founding schedule is a $100 deposit after approval, $99 before launch, and $39 monthly care beginning at launch. Final pricing can change for out-of-scope work. Final payment and approval are required before launch.

Revisions

The package includes two organized revision rounds within the approved direction. New concepts, added pages, extensive writing, major redesign, or new functionality are separate work.

Monthly care

Care includes hosting management, operational checks, form testing, technical support, and up to two small updates monthly. Small updates include text, image, hours, or contact-detail changes. Unused updates do not roll over.

Cancellation and refunds

The signed agreement governs cancellation, notice, refunds, earned fees, deliverables, and balances. Unless required by law or stated in writing, deposits may become nonrefundable once work begins, and earned monthly fees may be nonrefundable.

Ownership and content

Clients must own or have permission to use submitted logos, photos, reviews, copy, trademarks, and other content. Final ownership, licenses, reusable systems, third-party components, and transfer conditions are defined in the agreement.

Domains and third parties

Clients should own domains in their accounts whenever practical. Registrars, hosting, booking, maps, payments, analytics, plugins, and integrations have separate terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices.

No results guarantee

No search ranking, traffic, lead, sale, revenue, uptime, third-party approval, or business result is guaranteed.
