Frequently asked questions
Clear Answers Before Any Agreement or Payment.
Understand what the package includes, what it does not, what you need to provide, and what happens after you request a website.
01Why is the founding-client price lower?+
The offer is limited while MAJORESTATE DIGITAL builds a selective local portfolio. A standardized scope and streamlined production system keep the entry price practical without positioning the work as a cheap website.
02What type of website is included?+
A professional informational website of up to three pages for a local service business, including services, reviews, photos, contact information, and a contact or quote-request form.
03What does the $39 monthly payment cover?+
Hosting management, routine operational checks, form testing, technical support, and up to two small content updates per month. Unused updates do not roll over.
04Is the domain included?+
Domain registration is separate unless a written proposal says otherwise. We can connect a domain you already own or help you understand registration.
05Who owns the domain?+
The client should register and own the domain in their own account whenever practical. Any managed arrangement is documented in the service agreement.
06How long does the website take?+
Most in-scope projects are targeted for approximately three to five business days after all required content and access are received.
07When does the timeline begin?+
After the agreement is signed, the deposit is paid, and all required content and access are received—not when the inquiry is submitted.
08What content must I provide?+
Accurate business details, services, contact information, hours, service area, authorized photos and reviews, logo files if available, and required account access.
09Can you write my website content?+
Basic organization and light editing are included. Original, extensive, or specialist copywriting is custom quoted.
10Can you design a logo?+
Yes. Logo design is available by custom quote and is not included in the $199 package.
11What counts as a revision?+
One organized list of reasonable changes submitted after reviewing a draft. A new direction, added page, or out-of-scope functionality is separate work.
12What counts as a small monthly update?+
A text or image replacement, hours change, contact-information change, or similar minor edit. New pages, redesigns, advanced features, and extensive copywriting are quoted separately.
13Can I request additional pages?+
Yes. Additional pages are custom quoted and approved in writing before work begins.
14Can you build online stores?+
E-commerce is outside the founding-package scope and may be quoted separately after products, payments, shipping, taxes, and management needs are reviewed.
15Do you guarantee Google rankings?+
No. Basic technical SEO is included, but rankings depend on competition, content, authority, location, ongoing work, and search-engine decisions.
16Do you guarantee leads or sales?+
No. A professional website can improve credibility and customer action, but traffic, leads, sales, and revenue are never guaranteed.
17What happens if I cancel?+
Cancellation, final deliverables, account access, and outstanding balances are handled under the signed service agreement.
18Can you rebuild an existing website?+
Yes, when the project fits the package. Existing content, platform access, domain control, and functionality are reviewed first.
19Can you connect booking tools?+
A simple link to an existing booking tool may fit. Advanced scheduling, payments, custom workflows, or third-party setup may require a custom quote.
20What happens after I submit the form?+
Your request is reviewed for fit. If approved, details are confirmed before an agreement and deposit link are sent. Submission alone does not create a contract.
